Weather trend
Remaining unsettled and showery

More showers to come early in the week.

Remaining changeable this week, with plenty of showers and a drop to more seasonably average temperatures.

Monday to Wednesday will remain changeable, with rain and showers accompanied by fresh winds.

The heavy rain in the east of Ireland will ease on Tuesday, with generally unsettled conditions continuing across much of the UK and Ireland, bringing a mix of showers and sunny spells due to low pressure.

Thursday and Friday will see a mix of sunshine and cloud and will be mostly dry, with only some rain in Scotland. Temperatures will be cooler, falling to around the average for this time of year.

Into the weekend, westerly winds will arrive, keeping temperatures at a relatively cool level.

In eastern and southern England, a dry weekend is expected, with some sunshine and highs around 20 °C, as westerly winds bring rain to the west and northwest early next week.

Looking towards the end of July, our weather pattern is expected to remain similar to what we will see this week, before a slight warming.
