At Clifford's Tower, York a vibrant summer rainbow made an appearance.

A wet end to the week for many may have dampened the summer feeling, but we're back with a selection of user images capturing nature across the UK and Ireland to lighten the mood.

From soaring rainbows in York, to scenic landscapes in Wales. Summer was captured in its brightest this week. Despite the week ending with heavy rain and potential thunderstorms. Still, these have their own charm so if you captured scenes of the downpours we want to see them.
