Summer truly arrived this week as temperatures rose and mostly clear skies reigned for those outside the northeast. Here's a view of the week!

With thunderstorms on the horizon here in the UK and Ireland we just had to include a bonus submission from an intense storm in Germany this week.

We would love to see the storms here as captured by you! Be sure to get the camera ready when you hear rumbling in the distance. Then, just tap the image icon in the top-right of the app, or use our uploader to submit.

What makes a good shot?

Hold your phone horizontally to capture in widescreen, keep steady when capturing the view, make sure your image is in focus, try to avoid harsh light or too little light.
