There may have been plenty of hot dogs in the summer sun this week in Hartlepool, and there was even a sun dog too!

Summer truly arrived this week as temperatures rose and mostly clear skies reigned for those outside the northeast. Here's a view of the week!

With thunderstorms on the horizon here in the UK and Ireland we just had to include a bonus submission from an intense storm in Germany this week.
