This week's pictures
Your weather - Your shots

We know the anticipation is building, but before we head into the weekend it is time for one final look back at the week as captured by you.

Trawsfynydd, Gwynedd

Starting in Wales with Jacqui Parsons in Trawsfynydd, Gwynedd looking over the Llyn Trawsfynydd reservoir on a chilly winter's day with the new decommissioned Magnox nuclear power station visible on the right.

From cool blue hues in Wales to a burning red sunrise in Chester, submitted by Susan Ball. We do hope this was not a classic shepherd's warning!

Our tour takes us to Ireland now, specifically Limerick City with Marta Slawinska who caught the setting sun's ways as they illuminated the day's cloud cover from below.

We end the year in Teignmouth, Devon where Neil Flack captured the rough seas earlier this week as poor weather conditions made their mark in the seaside town.

That is it for 2021! Next week we are taking a look back at some of the best shots from the whole year from around the UK, Ireland, and our international readers.
