U.S. sees storms, freezing rain, & snow

The WeatherRadar over north-east U.S. is a colourful mix of many weather types, including a swathe of freezing rain in Pennsylvania.

Very active weather stretching from Kentucky to New York early Thursday morning delivers a mix of wintry conditions. Thunderstorms trail the large area of freezing rain (in salmon pink), itself containing thunderstorms.

Ahead of this over New York, snow falls ahead of sunrise. Together, showing off everything the WeatherRadar has to offer.
