30°C in London
Summer comeback in the UK

TemperatureRadar: Temperatures will be warming quickly from today through Friday.

Temperatures rise again from Wednesday across many parts of the UK, reaching heatwave thresholds over parts of England and Wales towards the end of the week.

Summer is rejuvenated in England again. The thermometer in London is set to reach just over 30°C this coming weekend and beyond.

This is due to a stable high-pressure area over the UK and Ireland, which keeps Atlantic lows at bay. Meteorologists refer to this as an omega pattern. This weather pattern often leads to prolonged sunny weather with high temperatures.
