Poor luck at holiday spot
Turbulent weather on the Adriatic coast

WeatherRadar: It will be wet at times today on the Adriatic coast.

Holidaymakers in some regions of the Mediterranean are currently experiencing bad weather.

A low-pressure system is bringing turbulent weather with showers, thunderstorms and strong winds, particularly in the Balkans.

There will also be isolated showers today from Mallorca to the Costa Blanca. However, the sun may also make an appearance there. From Wednesday onwards, the weather will gradually calm down again.

In contrast, more typical summer weather with plenty of sunshine can be found from Sicily to Greece and the Turkish Riviera. Temperatures range between 29 °C in Palermo and 37 °C in Athens.
