More severe weather in the USA

WeatherRadar: Thunderstorms and heavy rain resulted in heavy flooding in New Mexico.

Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms have caused fresh flooding in the southern United States.

The city of Ruidoso in the state of New Mexico was particularly affected. At least three people were killed in the floods, and numerous injured people had to be taken to hospital.

Mudslides and floodwaters swept away several houses, while roads and bridges were submerged.
