Breakfast brief: Highs in mid-teens as rain returns

Highs reach the mid-teens in many areas today, but wetter weather makes a return into the evening.

Clear skies over England and Wales turn cloudier as rain returns this evening, but not before highs of around 15°C in East Anglia, with Dublin also coming close. Some strong winds across Ireland and western Scotland too.
