Breakfast brief: Dipping back below freezing

It's a much cooler day compared to even just Monday, as temperatures fall back to freezing in parts of Scotland and northern England.

For many it is a day of overcast conditions and passing showers, some turning snowy over higher altitudes in Scotland, otherwise winds are calm as temperatures dip.
