Current warnings for Friday.

As warm air pushes north from the continent, the risk of widespread thunderstorms returning has prompted weather warnings for Friday.

The current outlook shows a risk across south-east to north-west England, with previous warnings also reaching Wales now no longer in force.

Ahead of Friday, a separate outbreak is possible early Thursday morning in south-west England. Up to 40 mm of rainfall could fall in some areas.
